Welcome to Rainbow Plaza, offering long-term resident & employee restricted housing in an excellent location. This building provides a range of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.

Each unit in Rainbow Plaza comes unfurnished. While the building does not accommodate pets, it offers a secure parking spot for one vehicle per unit.

Residents also benefit from a storage locker included with each unit, providing additional space for storing your outdoor gear. The building boasts beautiful decks, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of Whistler Blackcomb.

Applicants must:

• have Permanent Residency or Canadian Citizenship,

• work a minimum of 30hrs per week for a Whistler based business.
