Our Company
Mountain Country Property Management Ltd. (est. 2001) is an unrestricted property management brokerage, licensed by BC Financial Services Authority, and services Whistler, Pemberton and Squamish British Columbia.

We are bonded in accordance to the Real Estate Services Act. Our Team consists of qualified and licensed property managers, accounting services, and fully equipped maintenance personnel. Our commercial office is conveniently located in Function Junction, Whistler.

To apply for a tenancy, the best place to start is to complete an online tenancy application.

Current listings are kept up to date on our website. Applications are kept on file if there is not a current suitable match.

All properties rented are non-smoking, meaning smoking is not permitted inside or on the common property of the premise. Most rental properties do not permit pets. However individual property owners may from time to time agree to permit pets. All of our properties are individually owned. Mountain Country acts as agents to the property owner. Fixed Term leases outlining the terms of the lease are completed. The lease agreement is regulated by the Residential Tenancy Act of BC.
